About Linda Moir
Linda Moir is an exceptional keynote speaker.
From Virgin Atlantic’s award-winning service to the exemplary front of house service at the London 2012’s Olympic and Paralympic Games, she has been responsible for famously outstanding operations in HR and customer service management.
Linda’s career took off with British Airways, where she worked in HR for air traffic control before rising to HR Director of National Air Traffic Services.
In her time spent at the UK’s largest airline, Linda experienced an environment of significant changes as the company transitioned from public to private ownership.
In 2003, Sir Richard Branson hired Linda to ‘make flying fun’ as Virgin Atlantic’s Director of In Flight Services, and she certainly did: after completely overhauling the training, recruitment, promotion and performance management of 5,000 Cabin Crew, the highest customer satisfaction scores in the airline’s history were recorded.
Throughout the process, she oversaw significant business growth whilst consistently driving the airline’s catchy promise of ‘Brilliant Basics, Magic Touches’.
When it was announced that London would host the 2012 Olympic Games, Linda knew this was a once in a lifetime opportunity and that she had to be involved.
She developed the powerful ‘blended team’ approach, combining professional stewards with volunteer ‘Games Makers’; consequently, the tarnished reputation of the British service industry was profusely redeemed through a three-year programme of engagement, and the Games Makers became one of the most iconic and memorable symbols of the games.

Anne- Marie Finch: Both my parents were rebellious against the spirit of the times. Both were the first academics in their families, and achieved most of what they wanted, but they never managed to shake off the struggle to belong, just as they were, and thus they were never completely free.
My expertise in talent and global leadership experience, from corporate to start-up and scale-up, has shown me that many people on the go have lost the experience of belonging, just as they are, and that now is the time to ensure ourselves and each other the connection through belongingness. Otherwise, the world will polarise further.

Mange danske virksomheder er både innovative og effektive. Det er de blandt andet blevet, fordi de er gode til at tage ny teknologi til sig. De bruger IT-løsninger i produktionen, i administrationen, i markedsføringen og alle mulige andre steder. Digitaliseringen driver dansk erhvervsliv fremad, øger produktiviteten og styrker konkurrenceevnen. Og det er alt sammen godt.
Men overgangen fra analoge til digitale processer og produkter baner også vejen for hackere og andre IT-kriminelle. Og tallene viser tydeligt, at udviklingen volder problemer for de danske virksomheder.
- 56 procent af virksomhederne i Danmark har været udsat for mindst én sikkerhedshændelse inden for det seneste år (PWC: Cybercrime Survey 2021)
- 40 procent af de små og mellemstore virksomheder i Danmark har et utilstrækkeligt digitalt sikkerhedsniveau (Erhvervsstyrelsen: Digital sikkerhed i danske SMV’er 2021)
To konklusioner kan let drages på baggrund af tallene. Mange virksomheder angribes – og rigtig mange er ikke parate til det og har ikke styr på cybersikkerheden.
På den baggrund – og i anledning af at oktober måned er European Cybersecurity Month i EU – afholder vi den 7. oktober 2022 et webinar med Malene Stidsen, der er programchef for Industriens Fonds særlige program inden for cybersikkerhed.
Med udgangspunkt i virksomhedsrettede værktøjer og med viden fra fondens indsatser og arbejde med cybersikkerhed gennem de seneste fem år, stiller Malene skarpt på danske virksomheders udfordringer og muligheder inden for cybersikkerhed. Blandt andet præsenteres en række redskaber og gratis træningsforløb, som ledelser og medarbejdere kan bruge til at arbejde med cybersikkerhed og derigennem styrke både modstandskraft og konkurrenceevne.

Om Malene Stidsen
Malene står i spidsen for Industriens Fonds særlige indsats inden for cybersikkerhed. Her arbejder hun med at styrke dansk erhvervslivs konkurrenceevne ved at skabe og udbrede ny viden om cybersikkerhed. Det gøres gennem forskellige projekter og aktiviteter, der skal forbedre danske virksomheders kompetencer og innovation inden for IT-sikkerhed, etik og digital ansvarlighed. Malene har blandt andet været med til at udvikle Danmarks nye mærkningsordning for IT-sikkerhed og ansvarlig dataanvendelse, kaldet D-mærket, og igangsat uddannelses- og træningsforløb for bestyrelsesmedlemmer, ledere, medarbejdere og studerende, der ønsker at dygtiggøre sig inden for cybersikkerhed. Forud for sin nuværende rolle som programchef i Industriens Fond var Malene ansat hos Erhvervsstyrelsen, hvor hun også arbejdede for øget cybersikkerhed og vækst i dansk erhvervsliv.

Jesper Laursen brænder for at skabe forretning gennem content. Han er oprindeligt uddannet journalist, men har nu arbejdet med content marketing og native advertising i mere end femten år – både som international keynote speaker, strategisk konsulent i sine virksomheder og som manden bag nogle af verdens største konferencer inden for emnet.
Han er grundlægger af den internationale tænketank, Native Advertising Institute, content marketing-bureauet, Brand Movers, og det journalistiske produktionsselskab, Media Movers.
